A little about me

I specialize in working with women and couples who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or new parents who need support in navigating parenthood and life. I also work with individuals who are experiencing perinatal mood disorders, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or those who come from a dysfunctional family system.
